Since our inception we at Vertigo Theatrics have remained committed to bringing our area the finest entertainment possible utilizing the great wealth of local talent in our area.  We strive to bring to you, our audience the best of the best when choosing our shows, directors and actors.

Our season 14 will be no exception. We have chosen a wonderful selection of authors to showcase and bring to life on our stage.  In addition we will be hosting 4 events this season. Each evening begins with a sumptuous buffet catered by Temple Dining featuring chicken + two additional meat choices, a wide assortment of vegetables, salads and of course Battiste’s fresh made pies for dessert.

Our hope each year is to create an atmosphere where you can relax, forget your troubles for a while, enjoy an evening out with friends or loved ones while we make you smile, tap your toes, reflect and look towards the future.

Have any of you (our patrons) ever wondered how we started or how we keep active? It is important to note that Vertigo Theatrics does not operate as a “non-profit’ in this area. What does that mean? Simply stated, it means that we operate as a business. Our existence is only sustainable by our patrons (that’s you!). Vertigo’s request to you is this; if you enjoyed our production, please tell your friends! It is only through ticket sales that we are able to remain an active choice for you.  Thank you to all who have chosen our venue and we look forward to socializing in the future.

Vertigo will once again offer to visual artists wishing to exhibit, a space to showcase your talent. It is part of our mission to aid in the exposure of “Art” for many mediums. Any group or individual may participate. Artists interested should call Jacque at (810) 239-7469.

We at Vertigo must send a big “THANK YOU” to ArtServe of Michigan. Through their efforts there has been an opportunity for artists in Michigan to be counted and heard. The Creative Many census has been invaluable in getting the word out to artists throughout Michigan that “we are not alone” and it’s O.K. to want your voice shared! While on the subject of art organizations, it has come to my attention that VSA Arts has made many accomplishments this past year. They now have an exhibit in Bishop International Airport (thank you BIA) and are looking for fundraising ventures to advocate the creative process for learning disabled individuals in our area. There are students that have been accepted as participants to attend a conference in Washington, DC. Kudos to them and the instructors advocating on their behalf!
